Microsoft ActiveSync and WMDC
In order to sync a handheld device, your Windows PC must be running a piece of software from Microsoft.
Follow these instructions to download the correct program for your PC.
If Your Computer is Running Windows XP
Download and install Microsoft ActiveSync 4.5: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=15
If Your Computer is Running Windows Vista or Windows 7
First, determine whether your version of Windows Vista or Windows 7 is 32-bit or 64-bit.

Click Start

Right-click Computer and then click Properties.

The version is listed after System type.
Download and install the 32-bit version of Windows Mobile Device Center
Download and install the 64-bit version of Windows Mobile Device Center
If Your Computer is Running Windows 10
