TrackAbout Late Payment Policy

For clients who regularly pay us on time, thank you! Timely payments help keep our attention on delivering a great tracking service to your company and not on collecting late payments.

Payment is more than 1 week late

If Payment is more than 1 week late, your website users will see a banner similar to this:

Payment is more than 2 weeks late

If a payment is more than 2 weeks late, Support, Implementation Services and Sales Labels will be suspended for your account. The software will continue to work normally, but implementation meetings will be postponed and support requests will not be addressed until your account is paid.

Additionally, the banner in the website will change to the following:

Payment is more than 7 weeks late

If payment is more than 7 weeks late all TrackAbout website access will blocked and your users will see this message on their TrackAbout Welcome Page:

"Due to lack of payment, all TrackAbout website access is blocked. Support and Implementation services are suspended. Contact billing@trackabout.com to reconcile your account to avoid immediate service termination and data deletion.

Reconciling your Account

Once payments are made, it could take up to 7 days for the banner to be taken down and for support and implementation services to be restarted.

Please ensure that all TrackAbout invoices are paid before their due date going forward. We hope to avoid showing this banner to your users and we do not want to disrupt your services.
