Wireless Troubleshooting
If you are unable to see a list of wireless connections when going to Start w Settings w Connections w Wi-Fi, then you may need to change the network security settings. You can do this by going to Start w Settings w System w Intermec Settings w Communications w 802.11 Radio w Security Choice. From there select Microsoft Security. Note that this will require a device reboot. Once rebooted you should be able to see a list of available networks in the Wi-Fi menu. There may also be a popup to select a network when the device first turns on.
