Setting Up Delivery Channels for Lease Renewals

Email addresses and/or fax numbers must be added to your customer's Profile before renewal forms can be sent.

  1. Go to the customer’s profile Customers ð Customer List ð View (Customer)

  2. Click the Customer Info tab, then click EDIT.

  3. On the Edit Customer page, scroll to Bill Delivery Channels.

  4. Select how the rental bills are to be delivered from the How should rental bills be delivered? drop-down.

    Select one:

    • Email and/or Fax

    • Postal Mail

    • Email

    • Fax

  5. To send copies of the bill via email, enter recipient email addresses in the Send a copy of the bill to the following email addresses field.

    NOTE

    One address per line.

  6. To send copies of the bill via fax, enter recipient phone numbers in the Send a copy of the bill to the following fax numbers field.

    NOTE

    One fax number per line in the format ###-###-####.

  7. Click SAVE.

NOTE

When printing or emailing a lease agreement renewal, one is sent for each lease. For example, if your customer has 3 leases that have expired, they will receive 3 lease agreement emails.
