Mark Assets Lost
Mark All Assets at a Particular Customer as Lost
You have access to the tools to do this yourself by doing these steps.

In TrackAbout, go to the customer.

Click on the Customer Reports tab, and then click on the Asset List link.

Click the link to Show All assets

If you have a browser (such as Firefox) which allows you to select and copy a column, then select and copy the Barcodes.
Otherwise, normally you would Export the file to Excel.
However, Microsoft caused a problem that exporting to Excel is not working right now.
So what you can do is highlight the entire table INCLUDING headers, RIGHT click on the highlighted area, and then left click on Copy:

Open Excel. In the first cell, RIGHT click, and choose Paste Special from the list:

Click to select Text, and then click on OK:

Once the page is in Excel, make SURE that no barcode's leading zero has been dropped (if any.) If you selected Text above, this should not be an issue.

From Excel, select the barcodes, right click on your selection, and select Copy

Go to the Mark Assets Lost page.

Click on an option to specify if you want to make a customer responsible

Make sure that you're in the Add Assets By Barcode tab. Right click in the field, and select Paste

With the assets in the field, click SAVE
