Asset Lookup
Asset Lookup, also known as Asset Search or Lookup Asset, lets you scan an asset and see details about it, including its history.
NOTE
These instructions are for the base version of TrackAbout Mobile 7. Because TrackAbout Mobile 7 is highly customizable, the screens and prompts you see may differ from those shown here.
To use Asset Lookup:

View the asset's details and history.
Tap Asset Lookup to begin by scanning an asset, and then continue to Asset Details.
If the asset is found in TrackAbout, you'll get a breakdown of the asset's details.
NOTE
Owned by Holder is only displayed if Customer Ownership is enabled (contact TrackAbout Support for assistance) and Ownership is set to Customer Owned.
Tap History... to see the asset's tracking history.
DONE — Close Asset Lookup.
— Look up another asset by scanning it with your device's camera.
— Look up another asset by manually entering a tracking tag or serial number.
This screen displays the tracking history of the asset.
NOTE
The ability the show Order Number and Customer Number under Delivery items must be enabled in your TrackAbout configuration. Contact TrackAbout Support for help.
Tap DONE when finished.
