THIRD PARTY FILL

Third Party Fill lets you record when an asset has been filled by a third-party vendor.

NOTE

These instructions are for the base version of TrackAbout Mobile 7. Because TrackAbout Mobile 7 is highly customizable, the screens and prompts you see may differ from those shown here.

To use Third Party Fill:

  1. Start Third Party Fill

  2. Pick a Product Code

  3. Select ownership

  4. Enter lot and expiration date

  5. Scan asset

  6. Review and save

 

Start Third Party Fill

Third Party Fill

Tap Third Party Fill to begin.

 

Pick a Product Code

Select the product code of the assets filled by the third-party vendor.

— Search for a product code.

— Scan a product code barcode.

Tap a product code to select it, then tap NEXT to continue.

 

Select the Asset Owner

Select the owner of the assets filled by the third-party vendor.

— Search for the owner.

— Scan an ownership ID barcode.

Tap an owner to select it, then tap NEXT to continue.

 

Enter Lot Number and Expiration Date

If prompted, enter the Lot Number and Expiration Date of the fill material.

Lot Number — Tap, then enter the lot number, or tap to scan a lot number.

Expiration Date — Tap, then select the lot's expiration date.

Tap NEXT to continue.

 

Scan Asset

Scan in items as needed using your device's camera, or a handheld barcode or RFID scanner.

Continue to Serial Number when done scanning.

 

Serial Number

Review and enter any required missing information.

— Additional options.

View Details — View details about the asset.

Tap ADD to scan another asset.

Tap NEXT to continue to Review and Save.

 

 

 

Review and Save

Review the information and tap SAVE to record the third party fill for the scanned assets.
