Add New Alert

 

Add New Alert lets you create reports that are automatically generated and emailed either on a regular schedule or when a specific action happens.

• Asset Collision — This alert is emailed when TrackAbout detects an asset collision.

• Expiring Assets — This alert lists assets that are do to expire in a specified number of days.

• Record Save — This alert is sent out when a new record with a specified asset attached is saved.

• Transfer of Assets Matching Criteria — This alert is sent out when assets matching specific criteria are transferred.

Click Add to create a new alert.
